Who we are
BISHO Facial & Dental Center is a dental and maxillofacial clinic in Sabana Sur, San José, Costa Rica, directed by Dr. Erick Rivera. You can reach us at erivera@doctorrivera.com or +1 (954) 280-7418.
What we collect
- Details you type into the consultation form: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, where you are travelling from, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred travel window and anything you write about your case.
- Photos, X-rays or scans you choose to send us by WhatsApp or email.
- Basic technical data your browser sends with any request, such as your IP address and the page you came from.
Why we use it
Only to answer you, prepare your treatment plan and organise your visit. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box we may text or WhatsApp you about your consultation request. Consent is never a condition of treatment, message and data rates may apply, and you can stop the messages at any time – see the SMS Terms.
Third parties on this page
- Google Maps – the embedded map and the reviews section load data from Google. Google may set its own cookies when the map is displayed.
- Google Fonts – typefaces are served from Google's font servers.
- Patient videos are hosted on this site, so watching one does not report anything to a third party.
How long we keep it
Consultation requests are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about treatment, and clinical records for as long as Costa Rican health regulations require. Ask us and we will delete anything we are not obliged to keep.
Your rights
Write to erivera@doctorrivera.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer in English or Spanish.
